3. Data Collection on Our Website
Server Log Files
When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information (log files) to the server, where it is stored in log files. This data includes:
- IP address of the accessing computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the accessed file
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer
This processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website and ensuring system security.

Our website uses no cookies and no tracking tools.
4. Beta Testing
1. Collection and purpose of data processing
To carry out the closed beta test for the "Malawi" Android app, we collect and process the email address linked to your Google Play account. When you register for the beta test via email, we use this address exclusively for the purpose of enabling you in the Google Play Console to download the test version and, if necessary, communicating important technical updates on the test process to you.
2. Legal basis
The processing of your email address is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and for the initiation and execution of the user relationship for the beta test (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). By actively sending your email address, you agree to this processing.
3. Disclosure to third parties (Google Play)
In order for you to download the beta version, your email address must be entered in the Google Play developer console. The data is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Details on how Google handles your data can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Storage duration and deletion
Your email address will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the implementation and evaluation of the beta test. As soon as the closed beta test is completed (e.g. at the official release of the app) or you end your participation prematurely, your email address will be deleted from our local directories and from the test lists in the Google Play Console.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of the email address at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please send an informal email to malawi[at]anddisa.de. Please note that in the event of a revocation, further participation in the beta test is technically no longer possible.
5. Data Collection in the "Malawi" App
A. Advertising (Free version)
In the basic (free) version of the app, we integrate advertisements via Google AdMob. To comply with the Google Play Families Policy, COPPA, and GDPR-K regulations, the app is configured in a strictly child-directed/age-restricted mode globally. Therefore, the app does not collect, use, or transmit your device's Advertising ID (AAID). All ads shown are non-personalized, family-friendly, and safe for all audiences. B. In-App Purchases (PRO Version)
If you choose to unlock the PRO Features via in-app purchase, the transaction is processed via the Google Play Billing service. During this process, Google Ireland Limited collects and processes transaction data to fulfill the purchase and manage your license. We only receive information about the success of the payment and the product purchased to enable the features on your device. We do not receive or store any payment details (such as credit card numbers or bank account information). Upon upgrading to the PRO version, all advertising components are completely deactivated, and no ad SDK services are run or initialized.
C. General App Functions
Beyond the services mentioned above, the app itself does not collect any personal data. All game data remains locally on your device.
6. Links to third-party providers (Google Play Store)
Our website contains links to the Google Play Store (e.g. via the "Get it on Google Play" buttons). If you click on these links, you leave our website. From this point on, Google's privacy policy applies. We have no influence on the data collection and its further use by Google.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability (Art. 15-20 GDPR), as well as the right to object.
