I am still trying to improve the backup and restore tools project Android Backup and Restore Tools

Years ago I started a Groovy / Java version of the tools, too, to provide an OS independent version of the backup and restore tools. As the scripts version was updated to support Work Profiles for backup and restore I now aligned the Groovy/Java version so provide principally the same functionality. The parameters differ slightly but the backups should be interchangeable, i.e you can use the scripts to backup and ART-V2 to restore or vice versa.
